Job summary

Help At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee field RNs and drive quality care across the region. This role combines clinical leadership with hands-on field visits to ensure high standards of in-home care.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, participate in quality initiatives, and support clinical incident responses in a fast-paced home care environment.

Qualifications

• Active GA RN license required.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience caring for medically fragile clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides field training and routine oversight to new and existing field RNs.
• Completes annual in-home supervision of field RNs and documents visits.
• Leads regular team meetings and monitors RN performance KPIs.
• Provides coaching for performance under guidance of Nursing leadership.
• Participates in Quality and Compliance meetings and QAPI efforts.
• Provides ongoing feedback to field RNs on performance.
• Assists with field responses to clinical incidents and client needs.
• Conducts patient visits in addition to supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides field training and routine oversight to new and existing field RNs
• Completes (minimally) annual face-to-face in-home supervision of field RN; documents supervisory visit for RN personnel record
• Participates and leads regularly in team meetings
• Monitors Field Admin RN performance KPIs and addresses deficiencies
• Provides RN coaching for performance and performance management as needed under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and / or market Clinical Lead
• Participates in monthly Quality and Compliance meetings, supports Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) in the market
• Provides ongoing feedback to field admin RNs on performance
• Assists with managing field response to clinical incidence or challenging client needs
• Serves as a resource to field RNs
• Conducts patient visits in addition to supervisory responsibilities, fulfilling all aspects of the role of Field Admin RN

Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated growth mindset with ability to lead others
• Intermediate ability to use digital systems such as Microsoft Office, HHAExchange, Sales Force

Education And Experience

• Active GA RN license
• Two years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience working with medically fragile clients, addressing medical, social and behavioral components of care.
