OnShift, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Sub-Acute care on the AM shift in Whittier, CA. This full-time nursing role focuses on delivering attentive, resident-centered care within a dynamic facility team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California RN license.
• One year of sub-acute experience required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, booster included.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, physician orders, and communication with healthcare professionals.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California
• Must have one (1) year of Sub-Acute experience
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with our other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: starting at $47 to $50

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
