Registered Nurse (RN) - Step Down PRN/Hourly

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Step Down PRN/Hourly position in Dilltown, PA. This role involves 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend.

Department/Unit Summary

The Trauma Intermediate Step-Down Unit provides specialized surgical treatments and general medical care, including trauma, vascular, and bariatric surgeries, along with critical care for acute injuries. The unit has 20 beds and a highly qualified medical staff dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and achieving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification
• At least one year of acute care or equivalent nursing experience
• ACLS certification preferred
