Tower Health's Reading Hospital is seeking registered nurses for the N3S unit (32-bed, semi-private) in Reading, PA. Positions include Full Time and Part Time Nights (7P–7:30A) and Days (7A–7:30P) with weekend and holiday rotation.
The team cares for adult and geriatric patients with complex conditions, emphasizing patient safety, evidence-based care, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active PA RN license or temporary practice
Positions Available:
N3S is a 32-bed, semi-private unit providing care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population. Our dynamic and talented team of nurses frequently cares for patients with a variety of complex medical conditions, including sepsis, pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, and diabetic complications.
N3S takes great pride in our commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes. Our team has made significant efforts to reduce patient falls and improve the overall quality of care on the unit. Through collaboration with our Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, we have implemented specialized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of our geriatric population.
