Job summary

Avantara Lincoln Park in Chicago is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2,500 for part-time, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• State of Illinois RN license (unencumbered).
• Prior RN experience preferable; willingness to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care upholding guests' rights, dignity and choice.
• Supervise CNAs and staff to ensure tasks are completed.
• Administer injections and medications within RN scope; maintain narcotics records.
• Document care and progress; chart monthly evaluations.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and care plans are followed.

Education

Illinois RN license

RN experience preferred
