Job summary

Mercy in Bethany, OK, is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by colleagues.

Sign-on bonuses are offered: $10,000 for new graduates and $15,000 for experienced nurses (1+ year). You must graduate from an approved nursing program and hold an RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS certification is preferred.
• NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS and related perioperative; pediatrics; and trauma certifications.
• OCN or related specialty certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
