Nexus at Elmwood is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care, assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer multiple shifts, including 7am–3:30pm, 3pm–11:30pm, and 11pm–7:30am (Full Time or PRN). The role emphasizes medication administration, documentation, education, and family engagement in care decisions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred depending on role.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Available Schedules:

7am to 3:30pm (Full Time)

3pm to 11:30pm (Full Time)

11pm to 7:30am (Full Time or PRN)
