Nexus Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Elmwood Park, IL to provide high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Available shifts include 7am–3:30pm, 3pm–11:30pm, and 11pm–7:30am (Full Time or PRN). You will administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
