Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Sepsis Coordinator to join the team. This role will be part-time; 24-hours per week; flexible schedule; required to attend mandatory sepsis-related meetings.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Must have 16 hours in specialized sepsis education
Experience: 2 years of acute care including one year of quality performance improvement experience
Certification: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
Experience: 5+ years’ clinical experience in ED/Critical Care/Acute Care/Inpatient/Rapid Response Team; EPIC; Excel reports
Certification: CPR; knowledge of ACLS; PALS is a plus
Other: independent, self-motivated, strong communication, critical thinking skills; willingness to join the Sepsis Alliance Institute and AHA Living Learning Network.
