Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health senior living team. The RN will provide skilled nursing support to clients in senior living communities across Melrose, Swampscott and nearby areas on a per-visit basis.

You will assess and manage patient needs, perform wound care, and participate in a multi-disciplinary team delivering compassionate, high-quality care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute care, ER, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab settings

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home and support senior living clients
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform wound assessment, care, and documentation

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health senior living team.

This position will be providing services to our clients on a per visit basis within senior living communities throughout Melrose, Swampscott, and surrounding areas.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

• Base Pay: $58-63 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations
