Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, counsel, and refer individuals presenting with minor illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the facility.
• Assess emergency situations and provide first aid until EMS arrives.
• Provide CPR when required.
• Monitor blood pressure and glucose.
• Assist with prescribed injections as needed.
• Create, maintain, and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Support lactation services and rooms.
• Participate in emergency planning as required.
• Support required utilization reporting and customer surveys.
• Perform services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Boyers, PA (Butler County, about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ET

Pay: $38.14/hour

Start date: On or about September 30, 2026

Contract: Initial six-month contract with option periods that may extend the assignment through September 29, 2031

Security: Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret security clearance. You may begin work while your clearance is in process. A current clearance is a plus, not a requirement.

Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Nurse II level) to operate an on-site nurses’ station at a secure facility in Boyers, Pennsylvania. This is a solo-practice role: you will be the primary and only on-site medical professional, serving facility employees and contractors on a walk-in basis and responding to medical emergencies when they occur. Typical volume is low, historically 1 to 15 visits per day, so the right candidate is comfortable working independently, exercising sound clinical judgment without a physician on site, and taking ownership of the station’s protocols and records. A backup RN provides coverage during your leave.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.


• Current PA Registered Nurse license.


• Current Secret Security clearance required.


• 2+ years of post-licensure RN practice.


• Demonstrated independent nursing practice and sound clinical judgment.


• Experience providing leadership within nursing care teams.


• Demonstrated contributions beyond direct patient care, which may include precepting or mentoring nurses, quality-improvement activities, protocol development or revision, or other unit or department responsibilities.


• Must meet applicable requirements to provide nursing services in Pennsylvania

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
