Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospital Resource Pool (ICU). This PRN night shift role requires a minimum of 24 hours per month with one 12-hour off shift and one 12-hour weekend shift monthly. ADN required; BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; BLS within 90 days.

The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.
