Shift 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday through Friday - no weekends (at this time)

Resource RN in the Emergency Department is responsible for back-end throughput—assisting to discharge, admit, transfer patients out of ED. In addition, this person will act as a resource for critical patient care scenarios—mentoring and guiding newer/lesser experienced teammates to bridge the expertise/acuity gap. Quality metrics within the department will be supported as it relates to—Suicide Interventions, Stroke, STEMI, Restraints documentation, and other department initiatives. Must be a self-directed and motivated ED RN with at least 5 years of ED RN experience. CEN preferred.
