Job summary

Lifepoint Health, in partnership with Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island, is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care, assessments, and interdisciplinary coordination in a high-quality rehab setting.

Requires Rhode Island RN license, BSN/ADN or diploma, CPR/BCLS; ACLS and CRRN preferred. 24-hour day shift, every other weekend and holidays; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Experience: Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• License: Active Rhode Island RN license (single-state or compact) required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Certifications: CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How You'll Contribute

A Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

Hourly range: $31.06-$54.47 per hour
