• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license.

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery goals.
• Assess patient needs, implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and quality assessments.
• Participate in team conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve their highest level of function. What we're looking for

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. CRRN Preferred
