Job summary

St Mary Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Rehab RN (PRN) to join our compassionate team in Bucks County, PA. You will perform patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, and contribute to interdisciplinary care plans.

Candidates should hold an RN license for PA or a compact state, with an Associate's degree in Nursing; BLS required, ACLS preferred, and 6 months of Medical/Surgical experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania or compact-state RN license.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of Medical/Surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
• Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Deliver care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our rehabilitation teams provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

How You'll Contribute

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred; Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
• Experience: Six months of Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
• Licenses: Must have a current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license.
• Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
