Job summary

North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Rehabilitation on a PRN, days schedule. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient status, and support discharge planning for smooth transitions.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and demonstrates strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Current state RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues
• Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions

Qualifications And Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

Additional Requirements Include

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
