Job summary

Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute in Gainesville seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehab team.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. RN license and BSN required; BLS within 30 days; 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
