Job summary

Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health®, seeks an RN for rehabilitation in Dallas, TX. This full-time night-shift role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team and supporting discharge planning and family education.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure and at least 1 year of RN experience, with ACLS/CRRN preferred. You’ll join a facility recognized for quality rehabilitation services and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN or nursing diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum one year of RN experience and six months' Medical/Surgical in acute care.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides patient and family teaching during rehabilitation and prior to discharge.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Works cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team.

What we're looking for

Passionate for Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support the team to provide the best care possible

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.


• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.


• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.


• CRRN Preferred.


• Minimum one year of RN experience and at least six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting required.


• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
