Ardent Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 and relocation assistance.

You will provide professional nursing care, supervise assigned staff, and ensure compliance with policies to protect patient safety. NM licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree are required; ACLS/PALS may be needed.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by the department.

Responsabilidades

• The RN is responsible and accountable for the practice of professional nursing, including patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in charge.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 2 years of experience in a specialty
• 2 years of general nursing experience.
