CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an RN Regional Assessment and Reimbursement Coordinator in the Indianapolis area. You will provide training and guidance on the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, ensuring program integrity across multiple centers.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in their primary state, with 3+ years as a trainer in reimbursement systems and RAI, plus multi-facility management experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in primary state of residence.
• Minimum of 3 years as a trainer in Medicare, Medicaid, RAI and contract reimbursement systems.
• Multi-facility management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret State and Federal regulations and Medicare/Medicaid changes.
• Provide comprehensive training on patient assessment, reimbursement, and clinical software.
• Monitor center reimbursement and clinical services for accuracy.
• Guide implementation of case management processes and program integrity.
• Oversee accuracy of RAI processes through chart reviews, discussion, and documentation.
• Recruit and orient RACs as needed.
• Build rapport with regional and center teams and communicate concerns.
