Atrium Health Floyd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 4 Central Pulmonary Medical/Surgical floor on nights. The role focuses on coordinated patient care on a fast-paced unit, offering a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, strong clinical assessment, and teamwork to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

4 Central is a dynamic 22-bed Pulmonary Medical/ Surgical floor. The unit is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a variety of respiratory conditions. Our team specializes in the management of complex pulmonary diagnoses, providing nurses with a strong clinical foundation and opportunities to build advanced assessment and critical thinking skills. We pride ourselves on our collaborative, supportive culture where teamwork is at the core of everything we do. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

We’re Looking For

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
