Job summary

Pleasantview Care Center – Parma is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to care for residents requiring NIV and complex respiratory support. This full-time role offers flexible shifts across Monday–Friday and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, monitoring and documenting changes, administering medications and IV therapies, and coordinating with physicians, respiratory therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS certification
• Ventilator/trach/critical care experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team

Pleasantview Care Center is seeking compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to care for residents requiring NIV and complex respiratory support. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional post-acute and long-term care. This is a full-time position and all shifts are available.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents requiring NIV, tracheostomy, and respiratory support.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes.
