• Mentor students, colleagues and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conduct patient/family rounds with a focus on engagement.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Previous Surgical, Pre-OP, or PACU experience strongly preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current Maryland State nursing license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
