Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit

Join to apply for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit role at Capital Markets Placement.

This is a full-time, night shift position offering a $10,000 – $25,000 commitment-incentive bonus and a wage scale of $40.81 – $75.65 per hour. It is a union position.

Department/Unit Summary

The RN plans, coordinates, and implements patient care tailored to the age group served on the Progressive Care Unit. Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, the RN demonstrates performance aligned with departmental standards and organizational goals, maintaining flexibility and respect for staff, physicians, patients, and families.

  • 16 Beds
  • 4:1 Patient Ratio
  • 12 Hour Shifts
Responsibilities

You will utilize specialized care plans and serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys and leveraging technology to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications
  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience
