UMC Health System seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to collaborate with Accreditation Service staff and clinical operations to abstract and analyze data, trends, and staff operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field and 2+ years in quality improvement, analytics, or informatics within a hospital setting. This on-site role reports to an administrator and supports performance improvement initiatives.

The Process Improvement Analyst will collaborate with Accreditation Service staff and other clinical operations staff throughout the hospital to abstract and analyze data, trends, and staff operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

This position requires interaction with Director level staff, physicians, and other nursing and medical staff throughout the hospital.
Exposure to blood borne pathogens, infectious organisms, agents and toxic chemicals is high.
