UMC Health System in Texas seeks a clinical RN to serve as a regional transfer and patient placement advisor. You will review charts for pre-authorizations, assess bed requests, and document changes in care levels across after-hours shifts.
You will interact with nursing units, medical staff, patients, and other hospital departments while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality patient care. Strong Teletracking knowledge is essential.

BSN: Bachelor Science Nursing Degree
This role will interact closely with nursing unit, medical staff, patients, and other hospital departments.
Work consists of sitting for prolonged periods. Talking and hearing is essential. Near visual acuity required to read charts and records.
The work environment is in a well-lighted and temperature controlled environment. Work is performed in a low-risk area for exposure to blood borne pathogens and other biowaste hazards.
