Job summary

Caremed, Inc. is seeking dynamic Registered Nurses (RN) for PRN and Full-Time roles to provide compassionate, one-on-one home health care across Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Nottoway, Powhatan, and Prince Edward counties in Virginia.

This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and direct deposit, with a strong emphasis on patient education and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Virginia)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree)
• Current CPR / BLS certification
• 1 year RN home health/home care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Home visits to evaluate and support patients’ needs
• Comprehensive assessments of physical, psycho-social, and environmental factors in the home
