Job summary

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital at Blue Ash seeks a registered nurse to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You'll coordinate with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff, and participate in discharge planning. Requirements include current RN licensure in Ohio and BLS certification.

Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are valued; a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
