Job summary

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital at Blue Ash is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on planning and delivering care through the nursing process and coordinating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

The RN will communicate patient status changes to physicians and leadership, and participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification not acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
