Job summary

St. George Endoscopy Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. The position involves 10-hour shifts, typically 4–8 shifts per month, with opportunities for additional shifts based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Utah Registered Nurse license.
• Acute care nursing knowledge and clinical proficiency.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assessing patients before procedures
• Providing safe and compassionate care during recovery
• Monitoring patients following sedation
• Providing discharge education and instructions
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working cooperatively with patients, physicians, and other staff members
• Participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities
• Assisting with other responsibilities that contribute to the safe and effective operation of the center
