Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Home Health professional to join our team in the RI area. You will assess patients, perform ongoing evaluations, provide care per physician orders, and educate families about home health safety.

This role requires a current RN license and a nursing degree, with at least one year of clinical experience. Home Health experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes is required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in clinical care settings.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

As a PRN Registered Nurse Home Health ,you’llcontribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
