ClearSky Health in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN position to deliver high-quality nursing care. The RN will perform assessments, planning, supervision, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and support patients adapting to new lifestyles.
The role requires current RN licensure and BLS, with ACLS preferred for some Texas hospital roles; acute care experience is preferred. Expect collaboration with the care team and adherence to safety standards.

The role is also responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered lifestyle. Minimum Education & Experience : Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred. One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
Over the Course of a Shift: A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
