ClearSky Health in Weatherford, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver hospital-level care within a rehabilitation setting. You will work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and enjoy competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage IVs, wound care, tracheostomy care, and mobility support; monitor lines and drains.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, and respiratory therapy to coordinate care.

Hours: 12-hour shifts, 6-6. Full Time: 3 shifts per week, rotating weekend expectation PRN requirements: 2 shifts per month with one day being on the weekend (Sat/Sun). Holiday requirements are one summer and one winter holiday. Base Compensation: $38.23-$42.85/hr depending on years of experience

About the Role:

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 days
• Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You'll Need:

• RN License (State of TX)
• BLS required
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred
