Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty home care in the Hempstead, NY area. This part-time role involves delivering one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, following physician orders and individualized care plans, and ensuring patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have NY RN licensure, at least six months of home care experience, CPR/BLS certification, and strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
