MaineHealth Medical Group Primary Care in Waldoboro, ME is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join a supportive outpatient team. Looking for a Per Diem nursing opportunity in a supportive outpatient setting with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule ? Join the MaineHealth Medical Group Primary Care team in Waldoboro, Maine , where you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while enjoying the flexibility of a Per Diem role.

As a Primary Care RN, you'll work alongside providers, medical assistants, and other care team members to support patients through triage, care coordination, education, treatments, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while supporting preventive care, coordinating services, and helping patients achieve their health goals.

This is a weekday, daytime clinical setting with no overnight shifts, weekend on-call, or major holiday commitment , offering flexibility while keeping you connected to a collaborative care team.

Summary:

The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

MH RN II: This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level included automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I – must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
