Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Preoperative to deliver specialized nursing care in an assigned unit. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an Arizona RN license, CPR, ACLS, and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent patient service. Preference for BSN and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license, CPR, ACLS (and other certifications as required).
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: BSN, specialty certifications, and experience in acute care or neonatal intensive care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk, and discharge needs.
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented care plans based on patient data and input.
