Job Overview:

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients following facility policies, standards, and philosophy, with a foundation in Patient Centered Care. At least 1 year hospital-based surgery circulator or surgery center circulator experience required.

General Responsibilities:

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
• RNs with at least 1 year acute care experience seeking OR training
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards
• Requires communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time acute care experience
• Additional certifications (depending on unit): ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI, as specified, with deadlines at start date or within 90 days
