Overview

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Navigator in the Children’s Perioperative Clinic, you will prepare pediatric patients for surgery, provide clinical care, and serve as a liaison between families, providers, and the surgical team. You will also support pediatric patients transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care, ensuring smooth discharge and follow-up.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or variable upon discussion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Current RN license in practice state
• Current BLS certification from an authorized provider

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a surgical practice is a plus
