Job summary

Select Medical's SSH-St. Francis unit seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Tier 2 PRN for night shifts. You will admit and transfer patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, document accurately, and respond to rapid codes.

Active RN license and BLS/ACLS at hire are required. We offer $61.00 per hour with night or weekend differentials and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule includes at least two 12-hour shifts per week, holidays, and three weekend shifts per six-week cycle, with opportunities for

• ACLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Tier 2 PRN Night shift

Schedule:

• Minimum of 2 12-hour shifts per week
• One major and one minor holiday per year
• Three weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling cycle

Compensation: $61.00 per hour + applicable night or weekend differentials
