Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Miami is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN night shifts in Miami, FL. The role offers a $53 per hour compensation with a per diem schedule and a sign-on bonus; shift differentials apply for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.
• Clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders.
• Assist with Rapid Response and code events.
• Educate patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State RN License
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
