BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN to provide pediatric home care for a tracheostomy and ventilator dependent child in the Philadelphia area. This 1:1 role offers meaningful, at-home care with on-the-job training provided for pediatric and ventilator needs.

Shift options include night coverage on weekends, with flexible scheduling and paid training. Duties include traveling to a client home, following doctors' orders, performing assessments, documenting care, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Pediatric Home Care Nurse Needed – Make a Real Difference

We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to care for a pediatric female client who is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide 1:1 care and truly impact a child’s life in the comfort of her home

No pediatric or ventilator (TV) experience? No worries — We provide hands on training!

Meet the client!

Client is 1 year old and sweet as can be. She was diagnosed with congenital ventriculomegaly and spent her first 6 months at CHOP. She has a trach and is sprinting to HME for 11 hours each day with ventilator support overnight. She also receives feeds via G-tube.
She came home for the first time in May and is enjoying every minute of life with her mom and grandmom in Stenton, Philadelphia. She is looking for compassionate nurses who can provide exceptional care, plenty of snuggles, and lots of story time.

Pay: $35-38/hr.

Open Shifts:

Night Shift: Saturday-Sunday 11p-7a

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Available RN Shifts

• 8-, or 12-hour shifts
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Part-Time or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!
