RWJBarnabas Health's New Brunswick ER Pediatric unit seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver high-quality pediatric emergency care within a collaborative team. Also available are competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements include ASN or Nursing Diploma, 4–5 years in Pediatric ED/CC, active NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS/TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 4–5 years Pediatric ED/CC RN experience or Pediatric Critical Care RN experience
• PALS certification and strong communication skills are required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC/National certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in pediatric emergency care within Nurse Practice Act and standards
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and quality improvement opportunities
