Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics to work in the Operating Room of a pediatric acute care hospital. The role provides comprehensive nursing care to pediatric surgical patients and supports the care plan across OR and patient care units.

Requirements include 2 years of pediatric OR experience, an Ohio RN license, BSN or in progress, and current BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred). CNOR is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of OR experience in pediatrics.
• Ohio RN license.
• BSN required or in progress.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• CNOR certification highly preferred.
• Pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, or laser experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery.
• Conduct pre-, intra- and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Assist physicians with the care plan and maintain continuity between OR and patient care units.
