Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Aurora, CO is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver direct, one-on-one pediatric home health care for medically fragile children and young adults. You will assess, treat, and educate in the patient’s home, coordinating with physicians and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with day, evening, and weekend shifts. An active Colorado RN license and comfort with home environments are required.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting


• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations


• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies


• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care


• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams


• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes


• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care


• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)


• Ability to provide care in a home environment


• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience


• Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
