Job summary

Qualifications

• One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• Must comply with Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Current Texas RN license or compact state license; temporary Texas license allowed during transition.
• Must have and maintain BLS and unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Occasional weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call work as needed.
