Right at Home in Orlando is seeking a compassionate Retired Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care agency. This flexible, in-home role is ideal for a retired nurse who wants to continue making a difference while maintaining a flexible schedule.

As an in-home RN, you will conduct client assessments, develop individualized care plans, supervise caregivers, and provide clinical guidance. Must hold an active Florida RN license and be willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or case management preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
