Job description

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call and emergency night home health visits position if needed. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Camden County, NJ.

Rotating schedule – on-call from 5pm to 8:30am, one week on and the next off.

Prior Home Care Experience Strongly Preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.
• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.

Qualifications For a Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $50.00 - $65.00 per point
