Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Sanders is seeking a part-time RN for the night shift to join the care team in Gloucester, VA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care under nursing leadership and coordinating services across disciplines.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, communicating with providers and families, and ensuring safety and dignity for residents. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days.

Hiring Range $34.40 - $47.30/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Sanders is currently hiring for a part‑time, night shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join their care team in Gloucester, VA! This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Overview

Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable. Assesses, plans, implements, and executes delivery of resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service to assure positive resident outcomes. Maintains close contact with residents, families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines.

• Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed to assure quality resident care is delivered.
• Develops, implements and evaluates resident plans of care.
• Communicates plan of care to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation following the Interact process.
• Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes.
• Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a typical nursing unit.
• Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.

Qualifications Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
