Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Sanders in Gloucester, VA is hiring a part-time night shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The role focuses on delivering resident-centered nursing care, assessing needs, and coordinating with families and staff.

Under the direction of Nursing leadership, you will implement care plans, document changes, and support quality outcomes. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to staff per policy and resident need to ensure quality care.
• Develops and evaluates care plans and communicates updates to providers, residents, families and staff.
• Supports resident safety, dignity, and individualized care within facility policies.
